My friend Katy is on her way to Germany tomorrow morning. We hugged and cried and said our goodbyes tonight. We looked into each other's eyes and without words, it seemed all our memories together surfaced and we realized how special our friendship has been through the years. Appreciated our bond. There's so much I could try to put down in words, try to articulate. But honestly, I can't do the emotion justice.
Goodbye my favorite ski buddy. You are missed already. I love you. Safe travels. See you in a few. Have fun!
