Last day of school

Where did this year go??? Who pushed the fast forward button? I'm in complete denial that we have upcoming 4th and 2nd graders!

Here is Conor and his 3rd grade teacher Mr. Medina. He's one of those pivotal teachers that I believe Conor will remember fondly for the rest of his life! As of now Conor says, "Mr. Medina is my very favorite teacher EVER!!"

Below is Conor's mammal project (the American Black Bear). An insanely large research project, which included a power point presentation and the below diorama, due two days before the last day of school - crazy, right? Actually, Conor enjoyed every single moment of it and we're very proud of all the effort he put into it! My parents are still in town and were able to go through the Animal Walk:

Lauren's 1st grade teacher, Ms. Hunter, is an amazing teacher! She's one of those teachers you can only pray your 1st grader has. She was Conor's too. Big tears were exchanged between us at the end of the day!

Below is a video of Lauren reading a letter she wrote to the upcoming 1st grade class. The first part is cut off, but I think you can hear most of it:

I'm off to find that remote! Time must slow down!!!

Hi Delaney, it was like a day like that, but the whole school came and saw their project at some point (class by class).
